So finally the blog has started rolling and guess what i got a good response to the blog. Another surprise was that Mr Sachdeva remembered that day great.
And yes putting at rest all speculations what i would say is that you guys guessed the faculty right.
Give yourselves an award for the same.
So now few seniors were in the room on first day. Asking for introductions of all of us. One good result of having huge class was that these guys never remembered our names or faces and almost always spent the days asking for introductions. :P
Great way to start off College life isn't it.
After umpteeen Introductions in shuddh Hindi and English we were told that being frshers we should dress in white shirt and Black trousers always.
This is how we were spending those early days. Now somethin about the class composition. as with all Engineering colleges, ours too had a severe dearth of Fairer sexes. For a long time we did not know who was in CSE nd who was in ECE and it was for the better.
There was a group of people who always sat on first bench. I was always afraid of first bench I liked second rows :P
So this was supposedly the most studious batch of the Class. It comprised of Ashish Gupta, neelima, Saaransh and shivi, who always talked about studies and seemed weird to me. :)
But the fact was that they always got many many marks more tha n me :(
Now the second group was the never present guys of the class . they were Ravi and his batch of i believe 20-30 people who always played cricket in whateva space they got in the small Arena in poltech.
Thirdly there was me, himanshu, swati, a long guy who called himself kunal ( i just spent the better part of the days listening to his tales of Murthal and he heard mine) , Richa , also sometimes once in say 1 month there used to be prateek and ashish kapoor, and for a few days there was hansika as well. ( More about it later)
Also sometimes present in class was a so called angrez i did not talk to him for quite sometime.
Everyone looked at him sceptically ( they also looked at me that way, more on it later)
The most useless person of class that day acording to me was SAGAR joshi, he is still same not to worry, he has changed little.
SO the class was finally beginning to take shape. We had few proffesors as well. From the physics one who wrote from one corner of board to another and back to maths ma'am who gavce us more homework than my whole 2 years of school education put together.
Mr sachdeva of ED was from his own world.
The class was taking a shape as was the small gossip of young world we were in.
More about the early gossip and development of my close circle and one of the funniest Ragging scenes in the nest one. It is going to be more regular now onwards guys.
Wait and watch.
The blog is back and with a bang...
