The early gossips...

So we are well in and settled in colleges each in their respective groups. And the college gossip and backbiting had started taking place. Today we will discus the same and few incorrigible habits of my classmates.

Note:- The information being given below might hurt few sentiments and few sensibilities. You are all requested to read it with a pinch of salt. the author does not take any responsibility for any loss arising out of the same. :P

1. In the early days when we used to have 120 seater classes. As i already mentioned there was a group students who always sat at the front bench and answered all teachers questions. Damn it, it In college who answers the questions this much, i thought . In a few days i realized i was not the only one who thought that way. There were others as well. Not to demean them, they were one of the most ridiculed people in the batch. Some jokes on them continue to this day.
P.S. :- Amid all the crap taking place, I was a party to it as well, :P. A final word. i respect the marks gathering ability of theirs. GoOd going guys. Score more.

2. The quintessential " ANGREZ" :- now now. there was this angrez in our class most sought after guys, Coz u know he was a 4 ft somethin jumpin jack , straight out of some south Delhi school the guy with an accent and an attitude as all said.
He was referred to as Angrez by all , he knew as well and did not seem to mind. He was more rueful of the fact that he was in a College that he never expected to be in.

One thing i would like to mention this way "He has been one of my long standing friends till this day"
And a note for him. This is how i would like to remember him " a friends' friend" Albeit an Angrez he still is :P

How we became friends..
Ragging .... In the earlier days When we were being continuously ragged. As i already mentioned ragging was limited to intro sessions nobody remembered 120 names. So I blurted out my name school rank etc etc. The lil guy at the back hooked up on listening Delhi Public School, I was asked DPS VK i said yes. Which batch was what he asked. 2006 i replied. Was he also from DPS i asked. yes.
He seemed to know Swaraj . Hmm some common ground we had found finally. And at last a person who was from my school although i shied away from him in early days coz i did not want to be tagged elitist as he was . (Sry Niks) ... But anyways we were on a roll.

3. Kunal sharma, Prateek sharma and abhishek Kumar had one thing in common. They were never around in college usually. Kunal has made big strides i must say.
Next up " How I met Abhishek" Col did not have a Photocopier , it does not have to this day.
There as i was getting the English(C.S.) book photostated. Someone tipped on my back and asked if i was from DPS. I said yes. A laidback guy was looking straight at me. I sid yes and finally found that he was also from DPS and whats more he was my Batch mate . Although it was for the first time i had seen him. I never saw him at school. I knew few of his friends from school and he know most of mine.
So finally my friend circle was taking shape.
